The session-ceiling equation

For regular phone time, calculate a maximum using the rate currently displayed on the selected advisor profile. Introductory packages are fixed-price offers with eligibility conditions, so treat them separately.

Five checks for your session budget

Check the offer, rate and spending limit before paying. Keep a record of your time, receipt and any support follow-up.

  2. Record the live rate

    Save the selected advisor’s current rate and format. Use that figure when planning your session cost.

  3. Set a time limit

    Choose a limit before connecting. Ask the main question first, monitor paid minutes and end at the planned stop.

  4. Approve the total

    Review the amount you are authorizing before paying, then compare it with the receipt.

  5. Keep a support record

    Keep your receipt and session date. If a problem arises, save your request and check the current support deadline.
